Please read these terms and conditions and confirm that you agree to them by ticking the checkbox provided below. BOOKING DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, together with these agreed terms. Dates are reserved only when this deposit is paid. Online payments are preferred and our business bank details are: Bank: Tide Account Name: Madbox Creative Production Sortcode: 04-06-05 Account Number: 19146505 (Please note, this is a business bank account if your banking app requests this info) When making payment please use your wedding date as the reference. BALANCE PAYMENT: The remaining balance is to be paid no later than one calendar month prior to the date of your wedding. COVERAGE: We will always make every effort to ensure that all requested shots and audio are obtained, there are unfortunately occasions when this is not possible due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather, wedding party not being on time, or by the any restrictions at the church or venue regarding videography etc. We cannot be held responsible for lack of coverage in these circumstances. ORDER OF THE DAY: Closer to your wedding date, we will contact you to run through a rough schedule outlining the order of the day so that we can plan our setup and coverage accordingly. We always aim to arrive early to collect B-Roll footage and ensure we are fully prepped in-venue to record your day. REPLACEMENT: Whilst we have never had cause to miss a day of filming, if we were to be ill on your wedding day or unable to attend for any reason, we would make every effort to find a suitable replacement at short-notice. EXCLUSIVITY: We request that we are the sole professional videographers at your wedding. We do however, always encourage family, friends and guests to take as many videos as they can throughout the day. COPYRIGHT LAW: English copyright law states that the copyright of videos remains with the videographer. I do however grant you license/permission to make copies of the video, provided that they are for personal use by you, your friends and family. CANCELLATION: You may cancel this contract at any time by giving me written notice but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. If you cancel within two calendar months of your wedding date, full payment will be invoiced and payable. If I have to cancel this contract, a full refund of monies will be paid. FOOD: We will always bring along our own food on the day, although a plate of something from your caterer is always appreciated if there’s extras! We are both vegetarian (so we won’t take any of the good stuff!) DELIVERY OF VIDEOS: We aim to send you your videos within 6-8 weeks of your wedding date. During busy periods it may be slightly longer than this due to the number of weddings we may be shooting.
