Local Collection & Delivery Service – West Yorkshire.
To make things easier, I offer a personal collection and delivery service across West Yorkshire. If you'd prefer not to post your tapes, I’m happy to come and collect them myself.
£5 for West Leeds (including Pudsey, Farsley, Bramley, Horsforth, etc.)
£10 for the rest of West Yorkshire
For West Leeds, I’m very flexible with timing and can arrange collection at your convenience.
For areas outside of West Leeds, I usually group collections and deliveries together to make the trips more efficient, so turnaround times may be slightly longer – but I’ll always keep you informed and make the process as smooth as possible.

FAQ’S
DO I GET THE ORIGINAL TAPES BACK?
I always return your original tapes back to you along with your brand new USB/DVD’s and they’re returned fully intact.
HOW DO YOU LABEL MY TAPES?
I save each converted video file in numerical order and label your original tapes with corresponding numbers. This way, you can cross-reference your original tapes with the converted videos and rename them as you wish.
CAN YOU FIX GLITCHES IN MY TAPE?
I do my absolute best to recover as much footage from your tapes as possible. If there’s glitched or eroded footage then unfortunately, I cannot always fix it. However, if the tape isn’t playing as I expected, I will make sure I try it through several of our setups to recover as much of your footage as I can! If it’s still not working, I can take the tape apart and refit into another blank cassette - but will be in touch with you before I do this.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
I receive a lot of orders during busy periods, and because it’s often hard to know how much footage is on each tape, it’s difficult to give an exact timeframe. So, I ask that you give me roughly 4 weeks to get your tapes back to you, just to be on the safe side. However, there’s a good chance they’ll be ready much earlier.
IF I GET MY TAPES CONVERTED ONTO USB, CAN I STILL WATCH THEM ON MY TV?
Good question! Most televisions nowadays come with USB ports built into them. This means you can plug your USB stick straight into the back of your TV and relive your memories right from your living room. However, if you’re wanting to watch on your TV, it’s worth checking your television to make sure it has a USB port before placing your order.
WHAT IF MY TAPE IS BLANK OR HAS BEEN TAPED OVER?
Don’t worry! I never charge for blank tapes. If the tape has been recorded over with old episodes of Emmerdale, You’ve Been Framed etc… we charge half price. This is because we do watch the full tape just to check if there’s any home footage we can recover. If not, then don’t feel bad, we love Emmerdale.
MY DVD/USB ISN’T WORKING, CAN YOU FIX THIS?
If your USB stick or DVD isn’t playing the videos back as expected please do get in touch with us. We’ll troubleshoot the problem for you and if it’s a fault on our end, we’ll get a replacement out to to you ASAP and free of charge.
